Extra Virgin Olive Oil is the dressing with the best balance of fats. It is rich in monounsaturated fatty acids important for the prevention of cardiovascular disorders. In particular, it is rich in oleic acid, a monounsaturated fat capable of regulating cholesterol levels, preventing arterial lesions and reducing the risk of heart attack, stroke, thrombosis and coronary heart disease in general.
