You only need a tiny amount, and it has a nice, delicate flavor. Used it both for pancakes in the pan and on roast meat in the air fryer. Excellent.

Delicate oil, and the presence of garlic is not overpowering at all! All the other flavored oils from Mantova are excellent too! Highly recommended in the kitchen!
